"Skin and Bones" - Just as the Special Unit of the FBI is being destroyed by Nasedo posing as Pierce, a geologist accidentally discovers the bones of the real Pierce buried out in the desert. This discovery threatens to reopen the entire alien investigation just as Max, Isabel, Tess, and Michael were beginning to feel like the threat from the government was finally over.

"Ask Not" - An alien killer is on the loose in Roswell, and Milton unexpectedly sells the UFO Center to a mysterious stranger. The Valentis get a new roommate.

"Surprise" - It's Isabel's birthday, but someone has kidnapped Tess. Isabel also learns a surprising secret about her own past.

"Summer of '47" - We revisit the crash in 1947 as told by Hal Carver, one of the original participants. As he tells the tale to Michael, we flashback and see the story through Michael's eyes.

"The End of the World" - Liz has to do the one thing she most dreads in order to save the world. Nothing will ever be the same after this.

"Harvest" - Max, Liz, Isabel and Tess head to Arizona to find a secret organization called the Universal Friendship League that Congresswoman Whitaker belonged to. Michael and Maria hunt for a missing Courtney.

"Wipe Out" - Most of the residents of Roswell disappear after a green pulse from the sky descends on the town, leaving only the three aliens, Courtney, Liz, Maria and the Valentis behind to solve the mystery. The situation gets worse after Liz finds evidence of a Skin in the area.

"Meet The Dupes" - After murdering their leader, Zan (Dupe Max) because he refuses to attend the Summit, Rath (Dupe Michael), Lonnie (Dupe Isabel) and Ava (Dupe Tess) head to Roswell to convince Max to take his place. Brody discovers alien activity in New York. Isabel and Lonnie compare notes on Vilandra. Lonnie uses the situation to get Max to go to New York.

"Max in the City" - Max and Tess travel to New York City, where Rath takes Max to meet the Emissary, who test Max's claim to the throne. Maria tells Liz about a rumor going around school.

"A Roswell Christmas Carol" - While Roswell has the holiday spirit, Max is filled with guilt after he witnesses a tragedy and doesn't use his powers to save a man. The man's ghost haunts Max and confronts him about his decision, compelling Max to risk everything and "restore the balance."

"To Serve and Protect" - A face from Sheriff Valenti's past resurfaces. Isabel has strange flashes of a missing girl trapped out in the desert. Grant takes Isabel out, but he may not be all that he seems. Maria's delinquent cousin Sean pays a visit to Roswell.

"We Are Family" - Valenti fights to be reinstated after being suspended from duty. After being rescued from the desert, Laurie is admitted to a mental institution and is spooked by an encounter with one of the pod squad. The aliens are intrigued by the discovery of a bag of crystals. Alex returns from Sweden. Valenti and Amy's relationship takes an interesting turn.

"Disturbing Behavior" - Laurie leads Michael to another clue about the aliens' history. Grant comes under the influence of an unknown entity. Nicholas returns, determined to wipe out the Royal Four.

"How the Other Half Lives" - Michael and Maria uncover the truth about Laurie on a road trip.

"Viva Las Vegas" - Needing a vacation, Michael asks Max to join him on a road trip to Las Vegas. Hearing about it, the rest of the gang invite themselves along.

"Heart of Mine" - Max and Liz agree to go to the prom together as friends. Michael and Maria look like they won't be going. Isabel considers asking Alex to the dance. Kyle sets his sights on taking Tess.

"Cry Your Name" - Valenti breaks the news to the aliens and the others that Alex was killed in a car accident. Max attempts to revive Alex, but his efforts fail. The group is then forced to deal with the loss of their friend.

"It's Too Late, and It's Too Bad" - Liz continues her investigation into Alex's death and she enlists Sean's help in breaking into the school guidance counselor's office. Isabel tells Max that she received a letter from a college that she hopes to attend in the fall.

"Baby, It's You" - Max gets the shock of his young life when Tess tells him that she is pregnant. Tess discloses her condition to Max.

"Off The Menu" - An electrical shock knocks out power throughout Roswell, causing Brody to recall his alien abductions. Brody/Larek takes Max, Tess, Maria and her family hostage at the UFO Center.

"The Departure" - The pod squad get ready to say their good-byes. Max uses this time to investigate Leanna with Liz. Max tells Liz the truth about his relationship with Tess and that they are leaving because the baby can't survive on Earth. Max realizes that Liz never slept with Kyle. Michael lets Maria see him, and they take a huge step in Alien/Human relations. Isabel struggles with the idea of leaving Roswell and visits Alex's grave. Kyle remembers that Alex was at his house the day he died. Michael realizes that he can't leave. Max confronts Tess alone and learns about the deal Nasado made 40 years ago.
